July 2005 saw the launch of the brand new Team Namibia website. This exiting initiative came to fruition through the donation of the site, to Team Namibia, by Interact FCB, a full service advertising agency based in Windhoek. “A key element to the success of an program such as Team Namibia, is the ability of the members to share information, provide incentives to other members which encourages members to purchase goods and services from one another; and simply, to identify other members with the idea of placing them on the top of your suppliers list” said Gareth Amos, Interact FCB Managing Director. It was with this philosophy in mind that Interact FCB set about designing an online model which delivers just that. The result of which is a comprehensive website offering details about Team Namibia, online forms and downloads, a full membership directory with a 2 pages dedicated to each member, incentives for carrying out business with members and details outlining the benefits of joining Team Namibia for any first time visitor. Interact FCB has agreed to continue delivering website services to Team Namibia on a pro bono basis and invites Team Namibia members to make contact with them with any suggestions to improve on this service.
