Thank you for your interest in Team Namibia and for taking the time to peruse our documents.
Your company’s membership of Team will, first and foremost, represent your commitment to Namibia and its people, its economy and combating the social evils so omnipresent in the country. Team’s core mandate is to develop the economy by growing a sustainable manufacturing, industrial and business sector and by garnering support for local products before any other purchase.  Your local nature will provide you stature if you brand your company as a member of Team Namibia.
Other benefits include access to the database of some 500 members with the ability to promote special discounts or offers to Team members. Events or other special promotions can always be emailed to us and we will send these out to the database. For smaller companies, the mid-month Team biz-tips newsletter will be very informative and will assist with day-to-day as well as financial and marketing matters.
Networking sessions held on the last Thursday of every month and open only to Team members, will also network smaller companies with larger companies to enhance intra-Team support and these along with other Team functions, will become invaluable for the creation of networks and business opportunities.
The website, currently under construction with a full overhaul, provides a portal to your company. Listings in the Who’s Who have proved very valuable to members as this is used as a guide for prospective clients who are looking to support Namibian. The Team Directory, published in July every year, too, provides a useful reference guide for members and clients alike and this year, the look and feel of the publication will change making it indispensable for housewife and business person alike.
Team Namibia attends the Tourism, Ongwediva and Erongo shows and fairs this year and members who have relevance are promoted at a minimal cost for each, giving them valuable presence.
We are currently looking at providing Media Metrix results for all our members at a very attractive rate. Media Metrix is the definitive market research for all companies that need access to consumers. A set of results normally costs in the region of around 85 000 dollars. Membership support has been cumbersome but we hope to have this project up and running by next year.
In terms of public relations, Team too, is at your disposal. We can offer assistance by inviting media to your function, writing up of press packs as well as facilitating celebrity presence for a particular event.

Finally, your company will benefit from the extensive marketing campaigns for the year, the main focus of which is ‘Team Namibia Creates Jobs’ for 2010. We also have regular competitions in which member participation is least costly when compared to the publicity received. This year also saw the first member products sent to foreign missions abroad for not only investments and related marketing, but also for Independence Celebrations.

Category 2: 1 200 000 – 3 000 000
Category 3: 3 000 000 – 6 000 000
Category 4: 6 000 000 – 12 000 000
Category 5: 12 000 000 – 20 000 000
Category 6: 20 000 000 – 40 000 000
Category 7: 40 000 000 – 60 000 000
